Beef Quarters/Half/Whole
Stock up on beef the efficient way! Order 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef side and have cut your way! Same great quality as our USDA Selection, just in a bulk .
How it works-
Submit your $250/quarter deposit reserving your selection. Once a hanging weight is determined( usually 48hrs after the kill date) an invoice will be sent with the remainder owing. Once paid in full- your Name, Phone Number, and amount purchased will be submitted to our processer. They will then contact you to create your cut card! They will also contact you when your beef is ready to be picked up at their location. *make sure to bring totes or boxes*
Notes- Our final price includes standard cut & kill fees. Any extra services rendered by our processor, at your request, is due payable to them.

On a date night out with friends in March 2023, we came across the newly renovated Chaparral! During our visit we met Adam, the owner, who was down to earth and fun to be around. The Chapp based their menu around supporting local producers, and created a delicious menu. It was then when we asked if they had a local supplier for their burger patties! From then on, Mick Perry Beef has supplied The Chapp with all of their Beef. Including brisket tacos, and their new Surf & Turf Fridays!
