A full beef consists of ground beef, steaks, roasts and ribs. A typical breakdown of the cuts is about 50% ground beef, 25% ribs and roasts and 25% steaks (T-bone, tenderloin, sirloin tip, round, cube, etc.) and stew/kabob meat. A full beef requires about 12.5 cubic feet of freezer space.
